Who I am

As a long-time resident of Bartlett, Monica Timmerman has a vested interest in this community. Her children have and will continue to attend Bartlett City Schools. Monica is an attorney and bases her law practice in Bartlett. She attended The University of Memphis for both her undergraduate studies and law school. She is a skilled negotiator and is in a unique position to not only understand the needs of the community, but to address those needs.

Why am I running

Monica Timmerman will work to help District 3 continue to grow and prosper by fighting for Pre-K funding and ensuring that all the children in Shelby County have equal access to the educational resources they deserve.

Monica is committed to District 3’s shared interest in protecting infastructure and creating jobs through incentives to businesses. Our community is growing, and growing fast! We need to elect a leader who understands the issues and will work with community leaders to tackle them with integrity and grit.
